Christopher Robert Evans, born on June 13, 1981 is an American actress. He began his career with performances in television shows such as in Opposite Sex, which aired in 2000. After appearing in several teenage films, like Not Another Teen Movie in 2001, he became known for his portrayal of the Marvel Comics Character the Human Torch. Evans is also seen in film adaptations based on comics such as TMNT (2007) Scott Pilgrim against. the World (2009) Snowpiercer (2003). Evans gained more attention for his portrayal of Steve Rogers / Captain America in a variety of Marvel Cinematic Universe films namely Captain America: The First Captain America: The Winter Soldier (2014) as well as Captain America: Civil War as well as the group films The Avengers Age of Ultron (2015) Avengers: Infinity War (2018) and Endgame (2019).
